PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for modifying film surfaces to which stains are hardly adhering and hardly damaged, and eternally modifying the surfaces to maintain initial performance even when cleaned with water, solvents and the like. SOLUTION: The method for modifying the surfaces of the resin based body is characterized by fixing a fluorine compound expressed by general formula (1) (wherein Rf expresses a fluorine-containing 1-30C group; X expresses a divalent linking group; A expresses a divalent linking group containing a polyalkylene oxide chain; m and n express each 0 or 1) with a cross-linking agent having isocyanate groups protected with protective groups on the resin based body.
