FIELD: technological processes; mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: cutting belt features diamonds as cutting element and includes continuous reinforced rubber core with diamond cell cores and rubber pads set in it in alternating order. All cell cores and rubber pads feature slits, through which rubber bands with reinforcement fiber inside pass. Rubber bands are intended to bind cell cores and rubber pads together. Cutting belt is cured to form closed loop without disturbing relative positioning of rubber core, cell cores, rubber pads and bands for application in clamping device for construction cutting. ^ EFFECT: prevented belt stretching during the whole diamond life span. ^ 1 dwg |
