A panel driving circuit and a display device having the same are provided to decrease a heat radiation of the display device by forming a current path without passing through a routing resistor during precharge and charge sharing processes. A panel driving circuit includes an amplifier unit(110) and a pad unit(120). A routing resistor is formed on one side of the amplifier unit. The amplifier unit receives a data signal for driving a panel, buffers the received data signal, and outputs the buffered signal. The pad unit is connected to the amplifier unit and includes pads which transmit data signals from respective channel lines to the panel. A precharge unit is formed on the pad unit. The precharge unit performs a precharge and/or charge sharing processes on the respective channel lines.
