FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, in particular to methods of erection of piles and can be used in industrial and civil construction. The method of erection of the Armco pile-injector, including well-drilling, the reinforcement of boreholes by simultaneous installation of a reinforced-body, with an injection tube fixed in it, concreting of a trunk of the pile shaft throughout the entire height of the borehole, injection of a strengthening solution by a pulsing stream under the lower end of the pile with the unhardened concrete of the pile trunk. The reinforcing of borehole is achieved by simultaneous installation of the reinforced-body with a tube fixed in it and by an additional injection tube, through one of which the strengthening solution is delivered up to its output from the mouth of the borehole with unhardened concrete of the pile shaft, and through the second tube the strengthening solution is delivered after the hardening of concrete of the pile shaft. The injection tube which is meant for the delivery of the strengthening concrete solution for the pile shaft before it hardens, is located higher than the bottom of the well by (0.3-1) of its diameter, and the injection tube meant for delivering the strengthening solution on to the ground base after the hardening of concrete of the pile shaft, is located on the level of the bottom of the well or lower it till twice the borehole diameter. The composition of the strengthening solution delivered before the hardening of the concrete, is selected for improving the quality of concrete, while the composition of the strengthening solution delivered after the hardening of the concrete is selected for the improvement of the properties of the ground. ^ EFFECT: increase in the bearing capacity of Armco pile-injectors. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg |
