A health apparatus is provided to enable a user to reinforce his/her muscular force easily at home or in a park, to be easily installed and carried, and to be used semi-permanently without abrasion or disorder. A health device includes a frame(110), a lever(130) and a shock absorber(140). The lever is hinge-connected to the frame to be pulled or pushed by a user. One end of the shock absorber is hinge-connected to the frame. The other end of the shock absorber is hinge connected to the lever to provide resistance in a direction of the motion of the lever. The shock absorber includes a housing(142), a piston and a piston rod. The housing includes first and second spaces, first and second paths and a first connection portion. The piston is installed in the first space of the housing to perform expanding and compressing movement.
