A suspension bridge construction method is provided to install a deck of a suspension bridge simply, economically and quickly regardless of place. A suspension bridge construction method for installing a deck of a suspension bridge comprises the steps of: installing a main cable(C) to droop using the top of a main tower(A) of a suspension bridge; connecting two temporary cables(C1), which are located to be lower than the main cable and connected by many triangular supports(T) projected upward, to the side of the main tower; pushing a prepared deck(G) between the main towers to be supported by the triangular supports connected to the temporary cables; and connecting the deck moved between the main towers with the main cable using hanger cables(H) to support load, wherein the top of the hanger cable is coupled with the main cable and the bottom of the hanger cable is restricted to the deck. |
