<p>An automatic four-port selector valve capable of suppressing a variation in static pressure and a variation in flow rate induced when a flow passage is switched within allowable accuracies, capable of also suppressing a variation in pressure difference which becomes remarkable in a clean conditioned air feeding device and a dry air feeding device within an allowable accuracy, and improved in airtightness and heat insulating property. The automatic selector valve comprises a casing part having a space part therein, frame-like partition plates with openings partitioning the space part into four small chambers, a plate-like rotating valve element opening or closing the openings of these frame-like partition plates, an inflow port for always flowing in a gas, an inflow/outflow port (1) for alternately flowing in/out the gas, an outflow port for always flow out the gas, and an inflow/outflow port (2) for alternately flowing in/out the gas which are formed in the partitioned four small chambers, and a drive means rotating the plate-like rotating valve element about its rotating axis.</p> |
