PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a relational vertical displacement to be caused between a floating terminal and a tanker laid alongside thereof in bad weather. SOLUTION: The floating terminal 10 is provided with receiver bases 15 projecting outside from each of side underwater parts, and the bottom of a tanker 30 laid alongside of the terminal is loaded onto the receiver base to hinder a relative displacement of the tanker such as lowering in relation to the terminal. A mooring rope 18a is stretched to be extended downward from the tanker to the terminal so as to hinder the upward movement of the tanker in relation to the terminal. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
