PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize equipment as much as possible and reduce an installation space by reducing a moving space of the whole components when executing grazing-incidence fluoroscopy and grazing-incidence radiography. SOLUTION: A base is provided with a top board mounting a subject and being movable in the horizontal direction, and a support base 3 at a side of the top board. The support base 3 has a support member 4 movable in the same direction to that of the top board, the support member 4 has a support 5 rotatable around a horizontal axis orthogonally crossing with the moving direction of the top board, and the support 5 has an X-ray tube 6 on its upper end. The support member 4 is driven and moved in the same direction to that of the top board by the normal/inverse rotation of a motor 23 to provide states of executing vertical fluoroscopy and vertical radiography vertically downward irradiating X-rays from the X-ray tube 6 to the subject H towards an image reception area of an X-ray image detection section 7 and states of executing the grazing-incidence fluoroscopy and the grazing-incidence radiography irradiating the X-rays towards the image area of the X-ray image detection section 7 with its inclined from the left/right.
