A device for generating vibration, and a polymer electrolyte fuel cell containing the device are provided to improve the efficiency for removing moisture and the efficiency for diffusion fuel. A device for generating vibration(500) is closely adhered to a middle passing member which passes the ion, electron or fuel of a battery, to vibrate the middle passing member, thereby activating the electrochemical reaction. Preferably the device senses the electricity generation efficiency, the generated current density and the voltage generated at a specific current, and uses a control logic based on the relationship between the moisture generation amount and electricity generation efficiency. |
