PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing an unstable, short-life protein-gas molecule composite to catch it. SOLUTION: The method of preparing a protein-gas molecule composite comprises freezing a protein and exposing the resultant frozen protein to a gas.
