PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biochip for discovering early Alzheimer's disease, and a biosensor having excellent simplicity, portability and development cost, using the biochip.

SOLUTION: One or a plurality of fine sensing parts are arrayed on the electrode surface by a fine processing technology, and each biomolecule array chip wherein seed β-amyloid (Aβ) is immobilized on each of one or a plurality of fine sensing parts is produced, and a change of an oxidation-reduction current value when target Aβ interacts with the seed Aβ is measured with high sensitivity, to thereby detect existence of Aβ in a sample.
