PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice signal recording device which prevents a click sound from being recorded by mistake even when a push-button switch with a click mechanism is employed. SOLUTION: The voice recording device includes: a recording unit 10 which records a voice signal from a microphone 11 to a semiconductor memory 9; a sound recording start button 61k for indicating the start of sound recording; and a control unit 30 which controls recording 10 so that the voice signal from the microphone 11 is recorded in the semiconductor memory a prescribed time after the sound recording start button 61k is pressed according to a signal from the sound recording start button 61k.
