PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a counter capable of simply and firmly mounting the counter onto a wall and coping with swelled walls. SOLUTION: A hanging groove 8 is formed in the outer circumferential face of a tubular counter support 3. The hanging groove 8 consists of a fitting portion 8a in the groove back side and a guide portion 8b in the groove front side. A fixing implement 2 having a washer 17 at one end of a shaft portion 2a is inserted into the counter support 3 and fixed to a wall 4. The counter support 3 is supported to the fixing implement 2 movably within a range between the wall 4 and the washer 17. The counter support 3 is retained movably in the axial direction of the fixing implement 2 by spring materials 16a and 16b disposed between the counter support 3 and the wall 4 and between the counter support 3 and a stopper part respectively. A plurality of counter supports 3 are aligned on the wall 4 laterally in a line. Hole edge parts 19 of respective engagement holes 6 in the back part 5 of the counter 1 are fitted in the fitting portions 8a of the hook grooves 8 of the respective counter supports 3.
