PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary machine driving device including a flywheel type generator having a flywheel and a rotor magnet fitted on a crankshaft capable of transmitting power to other accessories. SOLUTION: In the accessory drive device for an engine 1 provided with the generator and an output pulley 21 in the flywheel 2 side of the engine, the rotor magnet 7 is fixed on an outer side surface of the flywheel 2, a multiple pole stator coil 8 is arranged with opposing to an outer circumference side of the rotor magnet 7, an inverter 11 is connected to the stator coil 8, and the accessories are driven by the output pulley 21.
