<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting device divided with exfoliation or crack of a sealing layer restrained. <P>SOLUTION: The device is provided with divided parts formed by division of a substrate at an end of the substrate and divided parts formed by division of an inorganic sealing layer at an end part of the inorganic sealing layer, with the divided parts of the inorganic layer positioned further inside in an inner face of the organic light-emitting device than those of the substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
