PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of specifying a plasma state from information on plasma itself without using measurement of laser pulse energy in an LIPS measurement, and to provide a compact and accurate LIPS measurement device. SOLUTION: In the analysis method of LIPS quantitative measurement, in measuring a mixed state of hydrocarbon-based fuel and air, for example, the plasma state is determined based on one or more spectrum peak values in plasma spectrum, and is used as calibration data. For example, the ratio of peak value of the spectral line of 486 nm and 656 nm is calculated using the hydrogen as an atom drawing attention, and is used for determining the plasma state.
