PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the structure capable of maintaining the fixing condition of the sensor case 13a to the cover 6a of the outer wheel for a long period, moreover capable of easily performing the fixing operation. SOLUTION: The engagement holes 20 and 20 formed on the cover 6a are engaged with the engagement pieces 24 and 24 formed in a sensor case 13a, and the tip or middle of respective engagement pieces 24 and 24 are melt deformed to engage as a rivet to the respective engagement holes 20 and 20.
