PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resister for regulating air blowout having such a configuration that the surface from the bezel upper surface to the front face assumes a gradual slope near horizontal, the register which regulates the up-and-down airflow direction in good performance and reduces the pressure loss when airflow passes. SOLUTION: The air blowout hole in the retainer front part is formed as an inclined blowout hole 21 with the front part located down and the rear part up, and the bottom surface of the retainer 2 and the bottom part of the blowout hole 21 are joined together through a curved bottom surface 22. A rear movable louver 4 is installed approximately in the central horizontal surface position of a duct 20 in the retainer 2 and has such a configuration that horizontal fins 41 and 42 are arranged fore and aft along the central horizontal surface O of the duct and pivoted rotatably around the horizontal fin shafts on the two sides. A front movable louver 3 is installed ahead of the rear movable louver 4 and is arranged so that a plurality of vertical fins 31 are pivoted rotatably to the left and right through a vertically stretching pivot.
