PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device improving moving image blurring with a comparatively simple construction, and a display apparatus using the same. SOLUTION: The device for display to display an image is equipped with: an image light generating section having a function to emit image light to show the image from the device for display; and an image light restricting section having a function to partially restrict emission of the image light emitted from the device for display, and integrally formed on the front face or on the rear face of the image light generating section.
