The invention relates to wooden thermally-insulated panels filled with slow-combustion pressurized polyurethane foam. Said panels are composed of a peripheral frame 1 with internal wooden or steel framework 2 all covered with surfaces 5 consisted ofwooden products or derivative thereof or of standardized sheets of gypsum or cement board in dimensions answering the thickness and durability of the desired panel under construction. The assembly of the wooden members is achieved by means of impermeable slow-combustion glue 3, with nails or screws 4 as well as via a press compressing the panel; after drying, holes are formed at suitable points to allow the even dispersion of the polyurethane foam (fig, 3,4,5). The void spaces (compartments) internally formed by rafters are filled with polyurethane foam 8 compressed by the press 9 where the panel should remain for 20 minutes until complete inflation and coagulation of the polyurethane. Z-type support steps 6 are formed at the sides of thepanel while the mounting of the other materials (steel, gypsum board, cement board) is realized via metal joints suitable for each material. |
