A transmission gear stick for a vehicle is provided to improve an aesthetic appearance of the transmission gear stick by keeping a boot that covers a shift lever in a tensional state using magnetic force. A transmission gear stick for a vehicle comprises a stick body(100) having a shaft shape, a fixing paramagnetic body(200), a rising/falling paramagnetic body(300) and a boot(400). The lever body changes gear according to a phase variation and is formed in the middle thereof with a locking protrusion(110). The fixing paramagnetic body is fixed at a lower side of the locking protrusion. The rising/falling paramagnetic body is disposed between the fixing paramagnetic body and the locking protrusion and rises/falls while being guided on the lever body. The rising/falling paramagnetic body has a polarity identical with that of the fixing paramagnetic body. The boot has an outer lower circumference fixed to a trim(600) and an outer upper circumference connected to the rising/falling paramagnetic body.
