A method of manufacturing a liquid container 11 wherein the liquid container 11 includes a liquid containing chamber (36, fig.5), an air communicating passage (23, fig.4) allowing the liquid containing chamber to communicate with air, a liquid supply port 24, a valve mechanism (28, fig.3) disposed in the liquid supply port 24, a liquid flow passage 47, 48 allowing the liquid container 11 and the liquid supply port 24 to communicate with each other, and a differential pressure valve 37 which is disposed in the liquid flow passage 47, 48. The differential pressure valve 37 is normally urged to be in a closed state, and which is changed from the closed state to an opened state when a differential pressure between a side of the liquid supply port 24 and a side of the liquid containing chamber (36, fig.5) is equal to or more than a predetermined value. The method includes: opening the differential pressure valve 37; and injecting the liquid from the liquid supply port 24 to the liquid containing chamber 36. |
