<p>A functional groups-containing diene polymer having a molecular weight of 1,100 to 110,000 and obtained by permitting functional groups represented by formulas 1, 2 and 3, respectively, <CHEM> wherein R1 and R2 each represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms; <CHEM> wherein R1 and R2 each represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, to add to a diene polymer having a molecular weight of 1,000 to 50,000 in molar ratio of functional group A/(functional groups B and C) of 40/60 to 0/100 and in a total number of functional groups A, B and C per 100 pieces of units from the diene monomer constituting said diene polymer of 1 to 15; and a rubber composition comprising as essential components the functional groups-containing diene polymer and a diene-based rubber.</p> |
