An LC(Liquid Crystal) panel assembly is provided to visually recognize a target figure shape patterned in a second area by a haze value difference caused by a particle size or density difference between first and second area, thereby displaying a manufacturer of an LC panel assembly manufacturing company and obtaining advertisement effects. A second substrate(113) is disposed in a view side as facing a first substrate(111). A diffusion particle layer(200) is disposed in one surface of the viewer side of the second substrate, and comprises first and second area. The first area includes plural first diffusion particles(210) having a first particle size. The second area is made from the same material as the first diffusion particle, and has plural second diffusion particles(220) having a second particle size different from the first particle size.
