A payment integrated settlement method using an integrated mileage card and a settlement system are provided to adjust mileage fairly to integrated money by properly compensating mileage of each partner company according to a mutual account ratio of respective service operators, thereby increasing the customer satisfaction. An unique identification number of an integrated mileage card is recognized by inserting the card into an ATM(Automatic Teller Machine)(S602). The ATM demands mileage information of each partner company by transmitting the unique identification number to a mileage market server(S604). The mileage information is transmitted to the ATM again(S606). A user selects a mileage of a partner company for integrating or converting it(S608). The changed mileage information is updated and stored in the integrated mileage card, and the changed mileage information is transmitted to the mileage market server to update mileage information according to each partner company stored in an integrated mileage D/B(S610). |
