An ocean infrastructure emitting light is provided to emit light to let a user observe the movement of plankton that becomes the feed of fish and to improve the efficiency of collecting fish. An ocean infrastructure emitting light is installed under the sea and includes a structure(100) and a light emitting device. The structure consists of plural members. The light emitting device is installed on the structure, and emits light by using a battery installed inside. The structure is artificial fishing banks. The light emitting device includes a case, the battery and a light emitting unit. The case is installed in the shape of enclosing the circumference of connection pillars that constitute the structure. The battery is built in the case. The light emitting unit receives the power of the battery and emits light.
