An embossing adhesive sheet and a producing method thereof are provided to prevent thermal shrinkage of the adhesive sheet in a width direction after attaching the adhesive sheet and to obtain good embossing formability. An embossing adhesive sheet attached on the inside of a building is composed of an OPP(Oriented Poly Propylene) layer(11) having a lusterless upside and a luster underside; a paper layer(12) laminated with a printed surface of the OPP layer; a PE(Polyethylene) layer(13) laminated at the underside of the paper layer and treated by corona, and embossed together with the OPP layer and the paper layer; an adhesive layer(14) bonded at the underside of the embossed PE layer; and a release paper(4) attached at the underside of the adhesive layer.
