A mobile zone service processing system in a mobile communication network and a method therefor are provided to have a mobile service zone setup function to form a certain service zone in a mobile, so that various services can be progressed by using a zone service even in case of moving. A service zone notification device(12) forms a mobile service zone, provides information on the device(12) for registration or cancellation of a particular service in the zone, and provides service zone location confirmation information for executing the service. A mobile communication terminal(14) demands the registration or the cancellation of the service by receiving the information, and executes the service based on the location confirmation information. An authentication server(22) receives the information on the notification device(12) through the registration or the cancellation of the service to authenticate the information, and performs the registration or the cancellation of the service for the terminal(14).
