摘要 A thixoextrusion system and a thixoextrusion method are provided to lower defective proportion of products by making it possible to produce complicated shaped parts with improve mechanical strength and improving dimensional accuracy of the parts, and further improve strength of the extruded bar by controlling elongation and anisotropy phenomena of grains of a semisolid extruded bar manufactured by thixoextrusion in the extruding direction. A thixoextrusion system comprises: a hollow container(110) in which a heater(112) is embedded, and which has a first through hole(111) is formed therein to isothermally maintain an extrusion billet(200) in a semi-rigid region; a stem(120) inserted into the first through hole of the container to pressurize a semi-liquid extrusion billet on the backside of the container; a die ring(130) having a second inflow/outflow port(131) formed therein to prevent a circumferential thermal deformation of an extrusion die, and third inflow/outflow ports(132) formed therein to circulate and flow gas or cooling water for cooling an extruded bar(210) and preventing oxidation of the extruded bar; a die body(140) having a second through hole(141) formed therein having a diameter smaller than that of the first through hole, a first thermocouple inserting part(142) formed therein to measure temperature of the die body, a second thermocouple inserting part(143) formed therein to measure temperature of the extruded bar during extrusion, and a first inflow/outflow port(144) formed therein to circulate and flow a cooling fluid for preventing temperature of the die body from increasing and isothermally maintaining the die body; a support(150) having fourth inflow/outflow ports(151) formed therein to circulate and flow a cooling fluid for cooling the extruded bar and preventing oxidation of the extruded bar; a die balancing support(160) for fastening and fixing the front of the die body; and a cooler(170) connected to the front of the support(150) to cool the extruded bar that has been extruded at a high temperature.
