PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio video controller capable of suppressing an increase in the manufacturing cost while improving a control speed over audio and video sources connected to the audio video control apparatus. SOLUTION: The audio video controller includes: a control section 29 including a first control section 57 for controlling an audio and video source in operation and a second control section 59 for controlling a plurality of audio and video sources during a stop; and a changeover circuit 31 for connecting the first control section to the audio and video source in operation and selectively connecting the second control section to the plurality of audio and video sources during a stop.
