PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable element capable of effectively reducing the parasitic capacity. SOLUTION: The movable element includes, on a substrate 10, a signal line 20 for transmitting signals, a connector/disconnector 30 for mechanically connecting and disconnecting the signal line 20, and a switch 40 for switching the connector/disconnector 30 and for holding a state after switching of the connector/disconnector 30. When the signal line 20 is conducting and is in turned on state, the signal line 20 and connector/disconnector 30 will not come into contact with the substrate 10 but exist in the hollow the substrate 10.
