PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a container carrying device capable of securely preventing overturning and damage of containers when the containers are carried to shelf boards inside a lyophilizer. SOLUTION: The container carrying device for carrying the plurality of containers filled with chemicals to the shelf boards inside the lyophilizer for lyophilizing the chemicals comprises a container holding table on which the containers to be carried to the shelf boards are mounted in the accumulated state; a carrying pusher for pushing out the containers mounted on the container holding table to the shelf board side; a moving means for movably supporting the container holding table; and first to third support parts provided in the moving means.
