The wheel-rim device (100) has a central part (110) with a hub (121) for cooperating with a wheel axle (120) and a peripheral part (130) with a tire hoop for supporting a tire (140). Two rim elements (111,112) are provided, which are firmly connected with one another in area of the central part. Both the rim elements are firmly connected with one another by brazing solder and also by spot welding.
