<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed coaxial cable applied with an outer skin layer (covered layer) having a collapse prevention function or the like in the outer periphery of a foamed insulator of a cable. <P>SOLUTION: In the foamed coaxial cable having the foamed insulator 2 coaxially covered on a conductor of which the extent of foaming is 80% or more, this is the foamed coaxial cable in which as the skin layer 5b, the covered layer of a polyolefin based resin having fracture tension in fusion of 6.0 to 20.0 g (190°C), MFRO of 0.4 g/10 min (190°C, 2.16 Kgf) or more, and type D durometer hardness of 55 or more is installed at the outer periphery, and improvement in collapse resistance can be obtained by this outer skin layer 5b. Moreover, by the confinement effect of gas in foaming, higher foaming and excellent cable appearance can be obtained, and improvement in VSWR or the like can be achieved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
