PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a size and cost of a valve gear 9 by integrating first and second seats 61, 62 at a place. SOLUTION: In the valve opening and closing controller, the valve gear 9 connected with a different side of a valve shaft of a throttle valve in an axial direction, is provided with a crank shape hook 56 for receiving: a spring load of a U-shape hook 43 of a coil spring 5; and a spring load of an S-shape hook 45 of an opener spring 42 so that both load mutually direct in opposite directions. Both the first seat 61 for receiving the spring load of the U-shape hook 43, and the second seat 62 for receiving the spring load of the S-shape hook 45 are integrated in one crank shape hook 56 provided at a front end side of a second spring seat 52 of the valve gear 9. As the first and second seats are thus integrated in the one place, reduce the size of the valve gear 9 is reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
