The input table is fixed at one side of the work table. The distributing table is fixed at the opposite side of the work table. The measuring table is fixed between the input table and the distributing table. The substrate is installed perpendicular to the work table. The roller is fixed on the substrate. The webcam locates in an upper side of the input table and couples with the substrate by a fixing table(7). A sliding module and is fixed at the roller to move in a horizontal direction by a computer. The suction head is fixed in the sliding module.
