An apparatus and a method for offering a service through application program interface sharing are provided to enable integration of IC chip containing a service processing module, and to offer complex service. Service information requirement is received to offer a specified service(430). An application interface is decided whether it exists in a first processing module(440). If the application interface does not exist in the first service processing module, the application interface is called to a second service processing module(460). The service information is checked in the second service processing module(480). The checked service information is transmitted(490).
