PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curved heat exchanger capable of preventing a heat exchanger from acting as a rigid body in vehicular crush by lowering its height in the vertical direction while applying conventional linear tubes and fins. SOLUTION: This curved heat exchanger comprises a core portion 2 composed of a pair of tanks 3, 4 disposed in a state of being separated from each other in the car width direction, and gradually curved to a vehicle rear side toward its upper part, a plurality of linear tubes 5 communicated and connected with the corresponding tanks 3, 4 at its both end portions, and linear fins 6 respectively disposed between the tubes 5 adjacent to each other.
