The brake has a swash plate (1), coupled with a shaft (9) in a fixed or detachable manner with a rotating axis. The swash plate is designed in an inclined angle or diagonally, where a contact surface is plane or is provided with grooves, which are arranged concentrically. A disc (5) lies on the upper surface of a diagonal swash plate. The disc has a frictionless sliding on the swash plate, by a bearing. One or multiple pistons (8) are coupled with the disc. The pistons are parallel to a rotating axis and mounted on one or multiple pressure cylinders (12).
