<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide expandable composition having the excellent balance of low hardness and elasticity restoration as an expandable product, and an expandable product and a roller made from expandable composition having the excellent balance of hardness and elasticity restoration, with a smaller and homogeneous cell size. <P>SOLUTION: The expandable composition including as the essential components (A) an organic polymer component having at least one alkenyl group capable of having hydrosilylation reaction in one molecule, (B) a compound having at least two hydrosilyl groups in one molecule, (C) a hydrosilylating catalyst component, (D) at least one kind of fluorine-based surfactant including an oxyalkylene unit in a molecule, having at least 1.5 fluoroalkyl groups at the molecule terminal is provided.
