<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pointer apparatus with a self-luminescent pointer with sufficient luminance and excellent in esthetic appearance and visibility. <P>SOLUTION: The pointer 24 is provided along an internal mechanism 26 to the back surface of a dial 21; an external surface of the dial 21, and the front surface of the dial 21 in this order.
