摘要 An electro-luminescent device including a metal-insulator transition layer is provided to remarkably decrease a VTH value of a thin-film ELD(Electro-Luminescent Device) and remarkably increase a luminance and an increased speed of the luminance. An electro-luminescent device(100) includes a transparent substrate(102), a second electrode(104), a second insulating layer(106), a fluorescent layer(108), an MIT(Metal-Insulator Transition) layer(110), a first insulating layer(112), and a first electrode(114). The fluorescent layer is positioned on a substrate and includes a light emitting center ion which can emit light. The metal insulator transition layer is disposed at one side of the fluorescent layer and rapidly transits an insulator to a metal by a voltage change. The first insulating layer is attached to the MIT layer and distributes a voltage applied from the outside. The second insulating layer is disposed at the other side of the fluorescent layer. An external voltage is applied to the first electrode attached to the first insulating layer. The external voltage is applied to the second electrode attached to the second insulating layer.
