A foldable assembling type apparatus for protecting and guiding cables is provided to securely protect the cables even when a movable member requiring the cables is being moved by obtaining a sufficient space for containing the cables. A foldable assembling type apparatus comprises as follows. A synthetic resin film tape(100). A plurality of V-grooves(110) are continuously formed lengthwise along the tape through an extruding process. Cables are received in a cable receiving space(R) having a rectangular sectional shape, which is surrounded by the V-grooves. The tape is deformed in a straight shape and a curved shape. The cables are stably contained in the cable containing space without changing the mold size even if the cables have long length.
