<p>The elongated element consists of retainers (19) to position the partitions (6,7) at the appropriate distance from one another, and spacers (26) between them, made from two rigid sub-structures (28) separated by flexible connectors (31) made from two supple and parallel components (33). The supple components have enlarged opposite edges which fit into anchoring grooves in the rigid sub-structures which are, for example dovetail-shaped in cross-section, and the edges can be made from a more rigid material than the central portions of the components. The outer sections of the retainers (19) are shaped to receive spring clips (23) on the inner faces of trim strips (24) covering the edges of adjacent panels or a gap between a panel and the floor. <IMAGE></p> |
