A disposable syringe is provided to close a conduit from which injection liquid is provided to prevent generation of suction power inside the cylinder after the syringe is used once. A disposable syringe includes a cylinder(11), a pusher(13), an injection needle fixing tube(15), a fitting protrusion(18), a conduit closing tool(19), a conduit closing tool holding unit and a diaphragm. The injection needle fixing tube is fitted into the inner diameter of a coupling portion of a cylinder. The fitting protrusion protrudes form the piston. The conduit closing tool is fitted into the fitting protrusion and moves along with the pusher to close a conduit of the injection needle fixing tube. The conduit closing tool holding unit supports the conduit closing tool to prevent it from moving.
