FIELD: construction industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to construction and repair of buildings, and namely to devices of combined roof with external water outlet at ice formation. Device for protecting water outlet systems of inclined roofs of the building against ice formation by means of heating includes downcomers, rainfall and snowmelt runoff chutes and external coverings of roofs, which contact heat carrier transfer devices, as well as exhaust systems of ventilated heated rooms of building. Exhaust systems of ventilated heated rooms of buildings are connected by means of heat carrier supplying channels to heat carrier transfer devices, which contact external coverings of roofs, rainfall and snowmelt runoff chutes, and to heat carrier transfer devices made in the form of channels located in cavities of downcomers. In heat carrier supplying channels and/or in heat carrier transfer devices there additionally installed are fans. ^ EFFECT: excluding additional energy consumed for heating of water outlet systems of roofs. ^ 2 cl, 5 dwg |
