LINE FOR PREPARATION AND SYPPLYING OF MATERIAL METALLURGICAL CHARGE

A line for preparation and supplying of material of metallurgical charge comprises a device for trapping fine fraction wastes of material roasting from flue gases of roasting unit, reservoir for gathering fine fractions of wastes of material roasting, at least one reactor equipped with water gauge, reservoir for intake of ferriferous waste of metallurgical production and system of briquettes formation. Reservoirs are connected to the reactor through material batching and transportation means. The system of material briquettes formation comprises supply mechanism and material briquetting mechanism and is connected to the reactor by material supply means. A forced mixer is used as a reactor. It provides simultaneous processing of fine-dispersated wastes of limestone roasting and ferriferous waste of metallurgical production into slag forming ferriferous briquettes.
