<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase electricity generated by a flattened cylindrical double-sided power generation cell. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell includes a means (1) which improves configuration of an auxiliary collecting electrode of a flattened cylindrical cell, so as to distribute uniformly the flow rate of fuel and air across the cell area; and a means (2) which divides the auxiliary collecting electrode into two areas so as to make the flow of fuel branch out two flows going to the anode of the cell and going to downstream directly.
