PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side sill structure for a vehicle capable of obtaining body rigidity equal to a vehicle provided with a side sill having no opening for a slide door rail and a center pillar even in a slide door vehicle without a center pillar. SOLUTION: A gusset 21 extended between front and rear doors so as to include a mounting position of the center pillar and laid in a longitudinal direction of first and second openings 13A3, 13B3 is bonded/fixed to the side sill 13, and side ends of first and second cross members 19, 20 perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the side sill 13 and the gusset 21 are connected.
